Cyndrea is a poet and storyteller raised in Seattle, by way of Los Angeles. A mother, wife, entrepreneur, and creative, she spent many years writing her way through heartbreak, healing, and self-reclamation.

Spilled Milk is her debut poetry collection—a final release of a long season, and an offering to anyone who’s ever felt lost in their feelings, held by their memories, or unsure if they’d ever be whole again. Through raw reflection and spiritual truth, she carves space for others to heal.

Cyndrea is the co-owner of For the Culture Beauty Supply and plans to continue sharing her voice through poetry, spoken word, and creative expression.
